Okay first off let me say Happy  New Year I know it’s super late but I was ill for some time with the man flu/cold and I caught it a 2^nd time which sucked. 

Any way I am back feeling better, I know I have been slacking with my blog but as I just said Justin is back baby so it’s time to blog...

I have some stuff I’ve been working on, but it’s not ready to post yet and I have a lot of good things coming this year, exciting times. 

Last weekend 

Friday I was in a very, very cold London (Just like Jean-Claude Van Damme "My nipples were so cold, they started talking to me") I was there for my first gig of the year Slipknot Prepare for Hell tour with Korn & king 810

I’ll start with king 810 not really my cup of tea they started playing when I was in the toilet and I thought to myself WTF is this, I finished up and rolled back so I could see them... I saw and to be honest still wasn’t digging it but they had 1 or 2 tracks I thought were alright in their set. Must have been a great feeling for them guys to get on tour with Korn & Slipknot

Next up Korn 

Who were simply brilliant I’ve now seen Korn 3 times and each time I swear they get better like a fine wine with age, I will never get tired of hearing Freak on a Leash what a song but the best part of the night was when Jonathan Davis of Korn called out some the guys from Slipknot and they all covered Sabotage - Beastie Boys

 Next up was the main event

Slipknot now this was 3^rd time seeing them, I first saw them at Download 2009 and nothing will beat that but they came close on Friday night Yes! They were that good Wembley Arena was going crazy everybody was having all the fun, definitely one of the best gigs I've ever been to.

That weekend was long one but all the fun, Saturday I watched most of UFC Fight Nigh from Stockholm and Sunday I watched all of the WWE Royal Rumble with my friend Chris on the WWENetwork for 9.99 (Haha sorry  that’s a wrestling thing)

Was a busy weekend and so is this coming weekend as it’s all about wheelchair rugby, as we kick off training be great to see my team mates again The Dorset Destroyers and have fun playing/learning.

Also I got my ticket for Download Festival I'm going back to the Promised Land baby \m/

I’m super excited to finally see Motley Crue :-)

Here's to us

Just a quick one would just like to wish my Family, Friends and Loved ones all the tonight whatever you get up to be safe enjoy and have all the fun... 

 

I think I may just quiet in this year, after yesterday fall I woke up today feeling really old and sore. I must have face planted and not just spiked my head because my nose is bloody hurting, so yeah I think tonight it shall be feet up, a few JD’s & coke and XBOX ONE (as I just bought myself one)

A New Experience

You know that I’ve told you I have been ill, well now it’s turned into a nasty cough and just as I thought I was getting better it reared its ugly head and really kicked me in the ass.

Was taking a shower and coughed and came flying out of my shower chair and yes spiked my head on the floor, had t finish my shower on the floor that was a new experience.

I’ve got a grazed head, cut knee, cut elbow and scratches on hip safe to say I’ve been in the war-zone today but I am okay it’s not the first time sure won’t be the last. 

As you all know by now, when I do fall I’m like a tortoise on its back... I’m fucked and today my brother was out so it was just me and mum, so after my shower on the floor with help by mum I got dry, put my boxer shorts on and mum grabbed her quilt I then got on the quilt and then what I only I can describe as a scene from the film hostel she dragged me into the front room to the sofa to where I got up and back into my wheelchair. 

So yeah we both know that wasn’t the proper way of doing things but hey ho it worked and it was kind of fun, mother and son bonding... haha

I’m a little banged up and sore but hey I’m a trooper I’ll be fine.

Mum has been a Super Mum today

Sometimes I wonder how I don’t get a concussion with the way I bang my head, I guess I was just born this way... haha
